I am not sure what do you mean by "like the row". Perhaps you want to select a row? If so, please have a look at the following article: http://www.telerik.com/help/winforms/gridview-rows-selected-rows-and-current-row.html.
If this is not the case, please elaborate on your requirement so I can understand it and help you achieve it.

I am really not able to understand your requirement, neither from the text you have written, nor the image posted. Can you please try to write a description of the case and probably show it in action. You can do that by capturing a video for example.
