Appointment appearance

Hi,
i have the following two questions:

1. Is there an option to disable the "snap to grid" behaviour for appointments to show it at the real y-position.
   In the attachement you see an sample of a snapped appointment.
2. How can I cutomize the appearance of an appointment in the view
   For example showing only the begin time, showing an additional picture or text.

1. Such a functionality is currently not supported by RadScheduler. A request for it already exists. Feel free to add your vote for it here: http://www.telerik.com/support/pits.aspx#/details/Issue=5946. 

2. To customize the appointment appearance please refer to the following help article: http://www.telerik.com/help/winforms/scheduler-appointments-and-dialogs-working-with-appointments.html. Also, you can use the AppointmentFormatting event of the control.
