Why can't I see the Metro theme applied to a Rad form in Visual Studio 2013. Is this expected?

I'm experiencing the same problem while upgrading code that was using an old version of Telerik (2010.1) to the current version with Visual Studio 2013. I have successfully used the upgrade tool to switch Telerik to the new version and have manually updated obsolete components to their replacements. But no matter what I do, forms show up with the default theme in Visual Studio's designer. If I create a new project with a new form then everything works correctly. Any idea what I might be missing?

Hi Craig,

Thank you for writing.

It seems that this is a specific case and without the application at hand is impossible for me to determine the reason for this behavior. This is why I want to kindly ask you to open a support ticket and attach your project to it. This will allow us to investigate it and determine the reason for this behavior.

Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation.
