The best thing that you can do now is to create your own RoutedCommand that you can use in XAML. I am sending you a project that demonstrates this approach.
Could you provide us with more information about your scenario so that we can get a better understanding of what you are trying to achive with our carousel control and possibly start working on a solution for your problem?
