[Solved] Angularjs Grid columns change is not effecting

Hi guys i am facing one issue that i am using the kendo grid with two buttons .If i click on the first button it will show three columns if i click on the second button it will show only two columns but it is not effecting .my working examle is http://dojo.telerik.com/@shaik5413/oZAJE/2 or http://plnkr.co/edit/FgYuYuAFozOyubnUOC5F
