Android Holo Theme

Does the Kendo UI team plan on adding support for more of the Android Holo theme, for example the Action Bar and the Navigation Drawer?  Also, any chance for a pre-build "Holo Light" theme?  Thanks.

Looks like the Navigation Drawer is actual enabled with the new Drawer widget in the Q2 2013 beta: http://demos.kendoui.com/beta/mobile/drawer/index.html#/.  Thanks!  It would be great if the template was updated to look like the Holo Action Bar with the title and navigation drawer button at the top instead of the bottom and Holo-themed Action Bar buttons.

Hi Keith,

The Navigation Drawer is planned for the Q2 release and you can already test it in the beta. However, it works more like the Facebook and Foursquare apps are working - moving the whole View aside, instead of only the content. As for the ActionBar - such widget is not currently planned as it resembles a combined NavBar and TabStrip and such widget doesn't exist on any other platform (however you can style a NavBar to look like an ActionBar, and reverse the Kendo UI Android styles and have the NavBar at top as on the other platforms). You can also head to our Kendo UI UserVoice feedback page and vote for adding such a feature to Kendo UI Mobile.
