I Saw that have an option of view WorkWeekView but i would like this workWeekView for all types of Views.
How can i do this ?

Hello,
The workWeek view is a separate view that cannot be used in another Scheduler view. What you can use are the workWeekStart and workWeekEnd options, which allow you to specify when the work week starts and ends respectively. These two options can be set for all views that support them as shown in this dojo example(by setting the options in the Scheduler) or set it per view (by configuring the view individually). As you can see in the dojo example linked, when workWeekStart is set to 2 the first working day is Tuesday, so Monday becomes grayed out. This setting affects the day, week and timeline views. The other views do not support this configuration option and are unaffected by it.
If you think that having this option for all Scheduler views would be useful, consider submitting a feature request in our Feedback Portal. The logged requests are reviewed and the approved ones are planned for future implementation.
