Yes, when you download the licensed version of UI for WPF you will receive the source code of the demo examples and also the source of the controls. You can read more about the available downloads in the Download Product Files help article.
Also, if you have a trial license you can download the source code of the demos. Additionally, I have the table demo isolated in a new project so I attached it to this reply. I hope this helps.
