Hiw to add one combobox and datetime picker in single gidiew cell?please suggest me.

If you want to show these controls only when editing the desired cell, please refer to this KB article - Adding custom items inside a cell when it is in edit mode. If this is not the case, please describe the exact behavior you want to achieve and I will be glad to help you.
