Hi,

I have a table without bottom borders for each row. However, I need to add a bottom border only for the last row of each page. How can I achieve this? Perhaps with the conditional formatting option?

Thank you,
Rajika.

Hello Rajika,

If the Table rows do not grow vertically, hence if you know how many rows (e.g 20 rows) will the Table occupy on a single page, you may use Conditional Formatting to introduce bottom border on each 20th row with the RowNumber Data function.
If the Table rows will grow to accommodate their cell content, in the general case it is not possible to construct an Expression that sets the bottom border only of the last Table row for each page, as the Page information (see Page functions) is available only in Page sections.
As a workaround with limited applicability, you may set the top border of the Page Footer section.
