In the Linear gauge you can add a pointer value (little red arrow in the example) that goes on the scale. Is this possible with the Radial gauge as well? So I could make a low, avg, and high point on radial gauge instead of using the linear gauge?

Currently, the arrow pointer shape is not available for the Kendo UI RadialGauge. For now, the "BARINDICATOR" shape can be used to visualise the pointers.
I can suggest submitting a feature request is our feedback portal and based on its popularity we may implement it in a future release:

Hello,
Based on the provided information I guess that you are using Kendo UI for Angular. The RadioGauge supports ranges that can be used to indicate different sections in the widget. Check out the example below that illustrates the functionality.

Hi Vinoth,
I am afraid that currently the described pointer modification is not available for the RadialGauge. Nevertheless, you can submit a feature request in our feedback portal as suggested previously by Stefan.

Hi Viktor,
Thank you for your response, Kindly let me know is there any custom way to change the pointer in Radial gauge.

Vinoth S
Hi Vinoth,
Since the option of customizing the needle is not exposed via the API of the widget, you would have to internally change its settings. As a base, you could use the Dojo below and adjust the appearance of the element:
