Thank you for this suggestion.
Currently the SplashForm can not contain any controls. This is a major feature and we plan to implement this feature in one of our next releases.
The main issue is that the SplashForm is a translucent layered window. This kind of window must take care of the painting for all controls inside the window. We are planning to implement a RadForm which will contain RadElement's instead of controls.

To mu regret, this feature is not implemented yet. Currently it has a lower priority in our TODO list, because we are focused on performance and memory optimizations. We will consider changing its priority if we have more requests about it.
