How can I add a button to the item with mouse over (like IE9 favorites)

You can introduce a invisible Button in the default ControlTemplate of the RadTreeViewItem. Then you can control its visibility with trigger that activates on MouseOver. You can find this approach realized in the attachment. Please let us know if it satisfies you.
