[Solved] Activate KendoReact together with KendoJQuery in same project

Hi, I would like to ask about very specific situation, because during the refactoring process, I need to have activated Kendo jQuery and KendoReact together in the same project. Problem is, I have activated Kendo jQuery and I don't know, how to tell to Kendo license (if is it possible) to aktivate also KendoReact.

Hi Jan,

Thank you for reaching out. Your license key has all the information about all of your products licenses inside the same key. As long as you have generated a fresh copy of your license key, it can be used for both Kendo jQuery and KendoReact.

I can help you in two distinct stages.

1. Update License Key

1. Go here and download a new copy of the telerik-license.txt just in case => License Keys | Your Account (click the blue button)
2. Replace the global license file on your machine with the one you just downloaded. 
   • On windows, it's at %appdata%/telerik/telerik-license.txt
   • On macOS or Linux, it's at  ~/.telerik/telerik-license.txt

Now you know for sure, that your license key is current and has all your license info encoded in it.

2. Apply the License

Okay, the next step is to follow the instructions for each specific project type

• Kendoreact Project, follow these instructions => my-license#install-or-update-the-license-key-file-in-your-project 
• Kendo jQuery is the same commands but here's the dedicated instructions => using-license-file#installing-or-updating-the-license-key 

Important Kendo jQuery Note. If you are using the CDN resources (instead of npm), you need to use a script key instead. Complete instructions are here => https://www.telerik.com/kendo-jquery-ui/documentation/intro/installation/licensing/adding-the-license-key
