Hello,
The desired behavior with the Table Properties dialog would be to change the height of the current row. The previous and next buttons allow the respective rows to be selected and if necessary their height be updated as well. I am attaching a short video showing the result on my end.

Thank you for the additional information. I managed to observe the issue and I have logged it on our feedback portal, here: FIX. RadRichTextEditor - iterating the rows in the Table Properties dialog resets the text alignment of the table cells. I have also updated your Telerik points. Additionally, you can subscribe to the item and be updated when its status changes. Due to the nature and complexity of the issue, I cannot suggest you a suitable workaround.
