Indeed the reported behavior is an issue and I have logged it on our feedback portal, here: feedback.telerik.com/Project/154/Feedback/Details/244998. I have also updated your Telerik points. Additionally, you can subscribe to the feedback item and be updated when its status changes. The issue is rather complex and I cannot suggest a suitable workaround.
