I have a problem of image quality in the report.
Picture 1.png printscreen attached is the result of a report (in. Uncompressed TIFF) to zoom.
Annex 2.png is a printscreen of the original image.
I am using the class "ReportProcessor" to generate the report and saves it in. Uncompressed TIFF.

How could I improve the print quality?

I tried to change the document resolution, but the quality went bad and as a side effect, the report got bigger.

Kind regards

Hi,

We are not sure what is causing the image quality decay. Thus we will appreciate if you open a support thread and send us the problematic image and report definition to debug locally.

Did anything come of this?
We have just been told we have to use TIFF output instead of PDF and just switching the RenderReport format to "IMAGE" creates a very grainy version of the report. Not very good quality at all.
Is there some other way to create TIFF images and get better quality?
The attached screenshot shows a zoomed look at part of the TIFF I am talking about.

Hi Jason,

We are still unaware what was the cause for Fábio's distorted image quality. However in your case our suggestion is to increase the output resolution by adding DpiX and DpiY device settings as elaborated in Image Device Information Settings help article.

Kind regards,
