I am working on an application which produces some charts to view the data. I am using the WPF RadChart for the display. I also have reports created from the same charts. My customer want the same look of the RadChart in the reports.

Is there a way to have a WPF RadChart in a report?

Is there a way to render a WPF RadChart off screen and then export to PNG so I can display the PNG in the report?

Thanks

Hi Raed,

If you would like to use your WPF Chart as an images in Telerik Reporting you can export the chart as explained in Chart Export help article and utilize Telerik Reporting PictureBox item to show it in the report. Make sure that ChartArea.EnableAnimations property is set to false as this might be the cause for not showing some of the animated chart elements in an exported image.

All the best,

Hi Avinash,

The chart report item currently does not support zoom and scrolling. This is noted in the Known limitations of Telerik Reporting thread.
