Hi, I'm quite new with telerik charts,
I'm wondering if there's a way to create a 3d pie chart, rotate it on the x axis for example by 30°, with labels not rotated and with the size of the slices (3D pie) displayed (like in the picture). I used in the past other C++ components in order to manage charts, but yours one seems completely different than everything else I've seen.

Hello Giuseppe,

The chart item in Telerik Reporting uses the same engine as RadChart for ASP.NET AJAX, so if you are familiar with it, you should easily get on the right track. However it does not support 3D, so maybe your inquiry was about our Silverlight charts?

Sincerely yours,

Opps sorry I didn't explain well, anyway yes it was related to your silverlight sdk,
Maybe it's because I'm new but I'm not able to display a pie chart rotated like the one in the picture,
When I start the chart, it's by default rotated along the axis X and axis Y but I need to rotate it by miself and only on axis X.
I tried looking around on your forum but I see only questions related to labels rotation, probably because it's obvious but I don't find a way to rotate the chart, what should I look for? Also for the labels: is there a way to have the labels (I don't need a legend) without a background color and with a black text color? And is there a way to put themselves distant from the chart? I tried with labelsettings.labeloffset and labelsettings.distance but they make no difference.

Thank You, Hope I posted this into the right thread.

Hello Giuseppe Recalcati,

You can rotate the whole pie at runtime by using your mouse like in this demo. Our 2D pies support SmartLabels feature that allow label placing outside the pie. You can view the SmartLabels in action in our demo here. If you need more information on SmartLabels you can find it in this topic in our help system.
I hope this information helps.
