Hi Yves,
We will expose GroupHeaderItemTemplateSelector and TimeRulerItemTemplateSelector properties for RadScheduleView in the upcoming service pack which will allow you to easily modify the time formats.

You can check out this online demo for more information how to set the time formats in ScheduleView. It is for Silverlight, but the logic and the use of the properties is identical.
