Hello Scott,
You are right that the online demos do not show all the files, however, they show all the relevant code used in the examples, like the XAML declaration and the used code-behind. What else would like to see in the online demos.
If you install the controls locally, you will be able to browse the entire QSF application, thus see all the files and code used in it.
Best wishes,

I do not see the code for Telerik.Windows.QuickStart.dll. Is that available?

Hello Scott,
The source of the Telerik.Windows.QuickStart.dll is not included in the current installation. I am attaching the whole source of the QuickStart framework.
Hope this helps.

Is there a WPF 4 version?

Hello Jason,
The assembly was build against the WPF 3.5. Likewise you can build it against the WPF 4. It won't be a problem.
