Hi Dan,
We will be very to glad if you can elaborate a bit more and tell us, what scenario do you have in mind?
- merge child form menu to a parent form menu
- merge child menu into a parent form Ribbon
- merge child form ribbon bar into a parent form ribbon bar
Ribbon Bar UI has a complex structure that has many UI elements (chunks groups, button groups, contextual tabs etc.) and therefore it is not clear what is a merge operation? We are considering providing only non-automatic functionality for the merge process and each developer has to choose the best way to implement merge for the Ribbon UI.
Kind regards,
Peter

Hello Dan,
We do not support this functionality out of the box. You should re-parent manually ribbon groups when child form is maximized and re-parent back when the form is restored. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have other questions.
