Progress® Telerik® Fiddler Classic is a web-debugging tool that monitors, inspects, edits, and logs all HTTPS traffic on Windows. Fiddler Classic is the original product that laid the foundations for the modern-day Fiddler Everywhere application.

Commercial Use Is Moving to Fiddler Everywhere (effective September 17, 2026). As of August 3, 2026, Fiddler Classic is licensed exclusively for non-commercial use — personal use and internal business operations only. Commercial, business, organizational, or revenue-generating use requires Fiddler Everywhere, the supported commercial Fiddler offering. See the Fiddler Classic License Agreement for full terms. Fiddler Classic is not in active development and offers no commitments for releases, patches, or technical support. By using this product you assume all associated risks.
