TeamPulse R2 2014 Brings Lots of Handy UX Enhancements

Telerik TeamPulse R2 2014 has arrived. It’s the second major product update for this year, and is packed with excellent customer-centric enhancements to optimize overall user experience and minimize the steps needed to get your job done. Among the new bits is a Favorites View that helps you personalize your experience and get quick access to the most commonly used TeamPulse views. To make it even easier and quicker for you to create new work items and consolidate customer feedback, we’ve also introduced several optimizations in the Work and Feedback item management.

TeamPulse R2 2014 key enhancements:

New Favorite Views

Ready to save time? With the newly-added Favorite Views, you can bookmark the TeamPulse views you use on a daily basis to get a one-click access to all of them. Drag and drop to rearrange the Favorite Views items the way you want them to appear.

Convert and Duplicate Work items

Save time on work item creation and management with the new Clone option. Plus, now you can easily convert work items from one type to another – Bug to Story, Feedback to Bug, Feedback to Story, and so on. You can either keep the old item and relate to the original, or just transfer the data to the new item. Are those cheers we hear?

Editing Work items got much easier

Now you can select as many items as you like and easily change their assigned tags, status, and followers. You can also subscribe other users so they receive item update notifications.

Merge duplicate Feedback items

Oftentimes, Feedback portals feature many instances of the same feedback item posted by different users. The new TeamPulse feature allows you to easily merge duplicated feedback—the followers and votes from the original one are moved into the new one.

Subscribe Others to Notifications

Subscribe your portal users to the feedback items they’d like to follow and they will get notifications when the feedback items change. Plus, project members can now export the list of feedback item followers to contact them personally if they like.
