- Silverlight Tools Beta 2 - Visual Studio add-on that allows you to create Silverlight 2 Beta 2 web sites in .NET.
- Expression Blend 2.5 June 2008 Preview - A design tool which works hand-in-hand with Visual Studio to allow developers and designers to collaborate easily on Silverlight 2 projects.
- Deep Zoom Composer - A tool which allows for the preparation of images for use with the Deep Zoom feature of Silverlight 2.
- Kaxaml - A lightweight XAML editor that lets you write and edit XAML to see rendered content.
