Lee offers some great ideas on why the problems arise and how to improve the communications gap. This episode was recorded at the Microsoft MVP Summit in Redmond, Washington.

He speaks regionally about software development practices and has mentored teams on improving their approach to lean software development through achieving technical proficiency. He is a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional, one of the leaders of the Kansas City .Net User Group, and serves as the Regional Mentor for .Net user groups in Kansas and Missouri.
