Introducing the New TeamPulse Ideas & Feedback Portal

We are excited to announce the release of one of the most requested TeamPulse features – the Ideas & Feedback Portal. The portal is a web-based solution for managing customer ideas and feedback and comes as a TeamPulse extension.

The main benefit of the TeamPulse Ideas & Feedback Portal is that it helps you connect your product team with your external stakeholders so that you can focus on what matters most - building the right features in the right priority and increase customer value.

This first version will allow users to:

• Capture feedback and problem reports from customers
• Publish project items to the portal
• Comment on published items
• Vote for published items
