Overview
The Entry is a text input control, which accepts string input from the users and provides consistent look and feel with the rest of the Telerik UI for Xamarin components through an innovative Theming mechanism, including customization of the Entry borders.

Using a single property, you can turn the Entry into a password input control, which will replace the input with password hint character.
