Update on all platforms

A number of rarely used features have recently been removed from the Analytics service. This release of the monitors marks this change by removing all the related obsolete API methods on all platforms.
This functionality has been removed:

  • VersionAvailable
  • Lookup
  • SendLog
  • UploadData (beta feature)
  • ConnectivityChanged event
