It's now possible to resend verification/password reset emails or change the password
for Everlive users and not ones that have logged in with Facebook, Google or LiveId
Drop down menus throughout the backend didn't close immediately in Chrome.
Fix for wrongly formatted result when deleting cloud code returned simply True instead of Results.True
Friends sample has all user authentication providers enabled by default, so that the Icenium sample app can work out of the box with Facebook.
