The highest requested item in our feedback portal was to have the ability do display tabular data within a drop down. So, we went ahead and implemented this brand new component - the MultiColumnComboBox. This provides the power of a displaying and filtering items in table all within a drop down, giving users more context around the data items they are looking to select.
The new ArcGauge component continues our trend of implementing highly-requested data visualization components. The ArcGauge allows you to visually represent a value on a circular arc without the mess that may come from more complex data visualization.
In R3 2018, Chat will receive a new feature -Toolbar. Toolbar allows adding different toolbar actions for achieving more user friendly conversational UI. It is placed below the text box and it can be shown/hidden by clicking the toolbar icon in the editable area of the chat/textbox.

Business data is ever increasing and understanding it requires good search, filter and sort capabilities in your tools. Our Grid component for Telerik UI for JSP now hosts a built-in search panel, in addition to the existing grid filtering options. The search panel adds a search text box inside the grid toolbar and enables you to filter only the relevant records.
The long awaited PDF viewer component for Telerik UI for JSP is getting a set of enhancements in our new release. Searching in the PDF and printing it from within our control is now possible. You can also enjoy the ability to zoom and scale to the width of your page.
