In light of the sanctions announced by the United States and other jurisdictions in the European Union and United Kingdom in response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, Progress has suspended all sales of its products and services in Russia, Belarus, Crimea and/or the Donetsk People’s Republic and Luhansk People’s Republic regions of Ukraine (the “Impacted Region”). Progress has also suspended the performance of all services, including maintenance and support and professional services, to all parties located in the Impacted Region. This includes all software and hardware products, maintenance and support, professional consulting and any other services owned or offered by all Progress entities.
