Defines the navigation configuration options for the Diagram.

enabled?	boolean		Controls whether navigation is enabled.
largeStep?	number	5	The number of pixels to move the selected Shape when using Shift + Cmd/Ctrl + Arrow keys.
smallStep?	number	1	The number of pixels to move the selected Shape when using Cmd/Ctrl + Arrow keys.
