Your blog dated June 2014 says the export feature should be present yet I can't seem to find it anywhere, the screenshot clearly shows a 'Manage Export Tags' button yet I only have 'Manage Tags.
Has it been dropped silently?

Hi Joseph,
Thank you for contacting us. It's true that we have an idea to enable export of the prototype to HTML and have announced it in this blog post. We even managed to prepare a public version of it but it lacked a lot of features that the users expected it to have and it turned out to be not so helpful. So for now it's disabled and you won't be able to use it. I'm sorry for the caused inconvenience.
Alternatively I'd like to suggest you two other solutions from Telerik that might partially answer your request.
One is to use the Kendo UI Designer which is integrated in AppBuilder. You can drag and drop Kendo UI Mobile widgets when using it and develop your app. Of course it will need you to wire the widgets up with some code but it is one step towards visually building your app. Please read here a bit more about it.
The second option is to wait a bit for our upcoming new feature in the Telerik Platform, called Screen Builder. It will be a functional designer which uses ready-made component templates that realize a predefined function. So all you do is choose the components (view types) you want to use (from the available types) and configure them. The feature will be available as a Beta in a month and we'll be quickly developing it and adding new components (view types) based on the users' feedback. You can have a quick peek what's coming here.
