In the download portal, I can only find the kendoui.for.jquery.2021.2.616.commercial-source is fully version.
But the interesting fact is the trial version contains minify version, but I do not sure if that fully matches the commercial version.

If you download the .msi file from your Telerik account, after installing it you should be able to find the min versions on Program Files (x86)\Progress\Kendo UI for jQuery RX 20XX\js.
