what is Kendo UI Wrappers for React vs just Kendo React?

Just curious on the details behind why the forum is divided into KendoReact and Kendo UI Wrappers for React.  Is the "Wrappers for React" legacy code?

Hello, Daniel,

Kendo UI Wrappers for React are wrappers of our Kendo UI for jQuery product that can be used in React application. The following article highlights the main differences:

When we started making components for React, we started by wrapping our existing ones for jQuery as that product was around 9 years in development and had multiple components and features ready to use. The main reason was that making the KendoReact components purely on React from scratch will take time and we wanted our customers to have an alternative if a larger component or a critical feature was still missing, they can use the wrapper version until the pure React version is ready.

Now KendoReact has over 70 components made and ready for React and the wrappers are recommended only for the small number of still missing components.
