Hello,

I have downloaded for learning kendoUI not to use it for real as long as I am not sure it suits my need and my understanding, but I don't have full time so 30 days is very short, I don't want to invest my time if I have to stop.

So what happens after 30 days ? Will I be able at least to play with the js part library (though not with the visual studio mvc part) ?

Hello lep,

The terms and conditions of our trial licensing are available online here (Section 1.1), as well as within the /license-agreements folder of the trial distributions. Please familiarize with them to know how you can use our products under the trial licensing provisions.

Hello Hitesh,

The Kendo.Mvc.dll assembly stops working after the 30 day trial and starts throwing a server exception. It is possible to extend the trial period on demand by contacting us.

The Kendo UI scripts remain fully functional.

Hi Raji,

After your 30-day trial expires, you will need to purchase a commercial license in order to be able to benefit from our technical support service, and stop seeing a trial message in the reports. The functionality of the trial product will remain the same.

Telerik Reporting uses Telerik Kendo UI widgets in its HTML5 Viewer, where you will have to consider the version requirements of the viewer - HTML5 Viewer Requirements.

For additional questions about Telerik Reporting, please use the Reporting forum.

Hi Olea,

As mentioned above If you are using the Kendo.Mvc.dll assembly, it will work only during the trial period. The Kendo UI for jQuery CDN could be referenced without a license. However, going into production without a valid license is considered an End User License Agreement (EULA) violation and can result in legal action. I would reccomend review the EULA below: https://www.telerik.com/purchase/license-agreement/kendo-ui

Please note that the official communication language in our support channels is English, thus I would like to ask you to submit your questions in English.

Regards,

Neli
