Waterfall Charts - Is the "summary" option available for Kendo UI jQuery

Hi Team, 

 

In the demo example here, for kendo-angular-ui, we have an option to make "summary: 'runningTotal'" of intermediate data, like for Q1, Q2 etc.

Is there a similar option for the ui-jQuery version also. It will be great if you can point me to the doc for this. I see that there are not many option available for waterfall charts or i'm not seeing the right doc ? 

Is Stacking allowed in waterfall charts ?

If there are other features as well for waterfall ui-jquery, kindly indicate them.

Yes, you can define a summaryField for the Waterfall chart.

Generally speaking the demos(the doc you referred to) are meant to demonstrate the general functionality of the widget. After that you can use the API documentation to look for the different properties.

Given that you are already familiar with Kendo Angular, whenever you need to look for a particular configuration/option, you can use the search functionality in the API to find it.

Here is a dojo example using the data from the Angular example so you can get a better idea of how it should be set up:

As for the stacking, currently this option is not available for the Waterfall charts, however there is an open Feature Request. The more votes it gets, the higher the chance it has of being implemented.
