I know that ScrollViewer can achieve some pan and zoom functionality, but the Windows Phone PanAndZoom control is SO complete and wonderful! I would love to see it on UI for Windows 8, or on Universal Apps!!!

At this moment we are in a process of evaluating what controls to include in the upcoming release. Since we haven't received many requests for the RadPanAndZoom control, we do not have plans to include it in the first official release. Nevertheless, we will take your feedback into consideration for the next versions of the suite.
