Currently, RadPanorama does not support vertical scrolling. This feature has already been requested and is available in our Public Issue Tracking System here: http://www.telerik.com/support/pits.aspx#/public/winforms/13829. You can vote for it to increase its priority.
For the time being, you can easily implement vertical scrolling in RadPanorama. This is demonstrated in the attached project. Hope you find it useful.
