Hi Chris,

Thank you for contacting our support team.

This problem looks like a known issue that we've recently fixed. Would you please check if you have the latest version of Progress Telerik UI for WinForms Extension?

To make sure you have the latest version, I suggest completely reinstalling the extension. Here is how to reinstall it:

  1. Launch Visual Studio.
  2. Launch Extensions -> Manage Extensions in Visual Studio 2019. For older version of Visual Studio - Tools -> Extensions and Updates...
  3. Click on Installed.
  4. Remove Progress Telerik UI for WinForms Extension. The operation will be scheduled for execution after Visual Studio is closed.
  5. Close Visual Studio and wait to launch VSIX Installer and complete the operation.
  6. Launch Visual Studio.
  7. Launch Extensions -> Manage Extensions.
  8. Navigate to Online.
  9. Search for Progress Telerik UI for WinForms Extension.
  10. Download the extension. The Installation will be scheduled after you close Visual Studio.
  11. Close Visual Studio and complete the installation.

Please, let me know if you need additional assistance. I will be glad to help.

Regards,
Vesko
