Visual Studio 2012 Light Theme causes text to be unreadable when deselect node while hovering.

1. Create a Tree View with the Visual Studio 2012 Light them.
2. Add multiple nodes to the tree
3. Select the first node
4. While hovering the selected first node with the mouse press the down arrow to select the next node
5. The text of the first node will stay white while the hover background will also be white making the text seem like it vanishes.

Thank you for writing.

I can confirm this is an issue and I have added it to our Public Issue Tracking System. You can track the item for status changes and add your vote for it here.

To work around this issue you can edit the VisualStudio2012Light theme in Visual Style Builder:
  • Open the theme in Visual Style Builder 
  • Expand the tree view in the Controls Structure window
  • In the ElementState window select MouseOver state
  • Add Normal Fore Color font style to the mouse over state
