Use Tab Button On Filtering Row

Asslam-o-Alikum
 Dear Friend's 
                        i have some issue On Telerik GridView  I want to use Tab Button  on Filtering Row for change column
That Means i focused a Filtering Row column I want when i press Tab button Cursor move on Next Column In Filtering Row

now current when i press Tab button cursor move on Buttom data Row


how can i do this please help !

Thank you for writing.

I have just performed a test with a grid view with couple columns and when the Tab key is pressed while the current cell is in the filtering row, the grid makes the next cell in the same row current. See attached video.

Friend i m Talking about GridView Filtering Row. i face this problem in Filtering Row not in Data Row  ur using Data Row in this video
i want Same these work with filtering Row

hmmmmmm I Want These same Work...
but i face the Problem in use of Tab on Filtering Row. Now i will Try and Check it Again Then I will Talk to u About this
