Upgrading from Q1 to Q2 (2 versions in system now)

Hi,

This is the first time I'm installing new releases from Telerik. Previously i'm using Q1 controls, now with the release of Q2 controls, I just download it from my account and install it. But when I go to Control Panel, i see both Q1 and Q2 controls being installed, is that normal? Or do I need to uninstall Q1 product?

Hello Jenson,

Our major releases could be installed in parallel on the same machine, so it is normal that you have both Q1 and Q2 controls being installed. Some more information on our major and minor releases and the upgrade mechanisms you could find here: Major and Minor releases.
