Uninstall trial version

Hi,  the company I work for purchased the full version of the radControls for ASP.NET and it came with the radControls for WinForms.  I've uninstalled the trial verion of the web controls successfully; however,  the Remove Button dissappeared from the r.a.d.conrols for WinForms Q4 2006 entry in Add or Remove Programs.

Before getting to your question, please ask the person who has purchased the controls in your company to add you as a License Developer to the purchase. This will help us address your questions better and faster. You can find step-by-step instructions here: www.telerik.com/faq/.

As the installation problem - please, excuse us for it. There was an issue with the installers which we fixed as soon as we found it. A new version was uploaded on our site with a couple of days which did not have this problem.

To remove the version from your machine and fix the problem:

1. Download the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility and remove the r.a.d.controls for WinForms suite from the Add/Remove list
2. Delete all r.a.d.controls for WinForms Q4 2006 files which have been installed in C:\Program Files\telerik\.
3. Download the current SP2 version which is available for download and install it. This should update the GAC references and your VS ToolBox.
