Unable to publish OneClick deployment since Q2 upgrade

Hi everyone,

I am no longer able to publish a working deployment of my solution since upgrading the Win Controls and Reporting to the Q2 version.

From the publish point of view all seems to work fine, but when a user attempts to run the publish they are not able and the error details are as follows.

Basically I have 10 hours to get this fixed before I am royally screwed and the next business day begins, any help would be fantastic.

I have already trolled and followed every google lead I could find for the 'Value does not fall within the expected range.' error, and had no luck.

Please take a closer look at the following part of the log:

Shortly said, you still have references to an older version of RadControls for WinForms (Q1 2010 SP2). However, please note that all Telerik references should point to one and the same version in order to get a correct build. I would suggest that you take a look at the following article which concerns the process of updating your Telerik-enabled application: Application Upgrade.

If this does not help, I would kindly ask you to send me the project where the issue occurs. This will allow us to investigate your specific case and provide you with further assistance.

Hi,

Thank you for the reply, I used the telerik project update utility that came with the new Q2 WinForms to migrate, obviously it isnt updating the TelerikCommon assembly.

The project is far to big to be able to send you unfortunately, and the amount of time required to downsize it to a level where it can be sent to you is probably longer than fixing the issue, but thank you for the offer.

I will let you know how I go after I manually update all the projects.

I have tested our Project Update Utility that comes with Q2 2010 and it worked fine on my end:

Assembly Reference TelerikCommon, Version=2010.2.10.713, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=5bb2a467cbec794e, processorArchitecture=MSIL Success

This comes from the update report provided after the update is finished.

If you still experience this issue and you are able to create a sample project where we could see it, we will highly appreciate it.
