I noticed that the login page for this site does not respond to pressing the Login button when using Chrome. I logged in with Firefox to post this.

The reason seems to be due to a failure to load script resources from https://ajax.microsoft.com/ajax/4.0/2/... (screenshot attached).

When testing by loading https://ajax.microsoft.com/ajax/4.0/2/WebUIValidation.js directly, it returns error 324 (net:: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE) in Chrome, but loads fine in FireFox. Odd.

You may want to consider using local resources to avoid the dependency on the Microsoft server.

Regards,
Gary

I've been experiencing this for some time as well and just resolved it.  Trying to load https://ajax.microsoft.com/ajax/4.0/2/WebForms.js gives me an ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE, but using the new Microsoft CDN (https://ajax.aspnetcdn.com/ajax/4.0/2/WebForms.js) loads fine.  It also worked fine in an Incognito window.  So, I cleared my cookies for microsoft.com and now it loads with no issue!  Hope this helps someone else with the same problem.
