Hi,

When i try to select a time slot with Edge this works fine, with Google Chrome this does not work. When i double tap on a item slot in Google Chrome the edit form of the event opens. Any idea why the visual selection is not working under Google Chrome.

Kind regards,

Marco

I have never had a problem with the slot not highlighting when clicked (with selectable set to true) or double clicked in Google Chrome. Do you have any runnable examples with your scheduler setup in a dojo or something so others here can see the issue you are experiencing?

Hello Marco,

I am afraid, that I as well was unable to replicate the lack of visual indication when certain event is clicked. Could you please capture some screenshots of the different behavior that you are replicating at your end and provide us with the implementation of your scheduler(as Tyler also suggested), so we could inspect the issue locally?

Hello Nencho,

I've upgraded to the tatest version of the ui framework and now it works fine under Google Chrome.

I went from telerik.kendoui.professional.2017.2.621.commercial to kendoui.for.jquery.2017.3.913.commercial.

Kind regards,

Marco

Hello,

I upgraded Chrome to version 61.0.3163.100 (64-bits) and the time slot selection (visual indication) is not working. Even the demo does not work: http://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/scheduler/index . I have set selectable: true on the demo site. Time slot selection works fine with the mouse, but not with touch.

Any idea's?

Kind regards,

Marco

Hi Marco,

By default selection is disabled. As you have correctly observed, by enabling selectable Scheduler setting, you will be able to select scheduler cell and events. I tested the behavior on mobile devices and everything seems to work as expected on my end. Could you specify in what device you are testing or emulation of the Chrome browser? What theme are you using?

I am looking forward to your reply.

Hello Joana,

For some reason it's working fine now. I was testing on Windows 10 Pro with a dell touch monitor.

Kind regards,

Marco

HI

Touch time slot select not working under Windows 10 with Chrome.

To introduce the problem :

1.Change the size of text to 100% (Windows 10 > Display > Scale and layout).

2.Chrome zoom to 67%.

3.Chrome reload the Scheduler Demo - Selection.

  Change the view to "Month".

Click all slots of Scheduler you will find that some slots are unselectable.
(ex. June 6, 2013 selectable, June 13, 2013 unselectable, etc.)
