Tooltip only appear once, and never again in the latest build

Using the internal build, the tooltip appears once and then all subsequent triggers fail to make the tooltip reappear, even though the DOM element is still on the page.

This is a regression bug I remember it from a few releases ago.

Hello Matt,

We recently fixed a problem related to our animations, which caused a hidden element to never show again due to a zero opacity applied. Please try the next internal build. If the problem persists, please provide a test case for further inspection.
