tooltip hides when it shouldn't

Good afternoon,

We have an issue where the tooltip widget would hide when it shouldn't.

If you hover over your mouse and then scroll the window, then the tooltip will hide (even though we have set autoHide: false).

How can we make this stay always visible? It should hide only if the "x" button is clicked.

Hello Alex,

Thank you for reaching out. I ran the provided example and was able to observe the behavior you are referring to - the tooltip indeed gets closed when you click the scrollbar to scroll the window. Currently, however, there is no possible built-in option to stop the hiding of the tooltip when the user clicks the scrollbar. We have a Feature request logged on this and I will urge you to vote on it here:
